What do you feel if you see a beautiful rainbow in the sky after heavy rain?
It gives you happiness. Before the rain, you can see the heavyweight of a cloudy sky. After the sky is cleared of rain clouds, light generates there. The upcoming sun rays and raindrops create a rainbow after the heavy rain. They made a fantastic rainbow that has seven charming colors. It provides excellent capture to visible souls.
Then move to your side, remind the heavy hidden things you have. Cloudy sky holds heavy raindrops in its body. We all have stuff in the bottom of our hearts which hurt us in different ways. The tear of breakups, sufferings, and sadness gives us a worrying mind. We feel it. It makes us hopeless. Even it drops us to an unhealthy condition.

A worrying mind looks like a cloudy sky. It has no light space. Darkness caught its inherent light blue. In that way, we missed our inner peace. It rotates our thinking pattern. Then we cut our mind map to the victory. We have to stay in the blind area until we recharge our thinking pattern.
But we should try to gain our peaceful mind again. Please think beyond the worries you are holding. Why do we add them to our lives? What do we collect them? As we are people, we have feelings and thoughts. Our mind is inherently smooth. It is nature. So it absorbs everything we feel, even happiness or sadness. But we should filter all the feelings before they caught our souls. We should practice a self-cleaning process as a remedy. We couldn’t revise the past to the present. Even its outcome, we feel this moment. We should think wisely. However, we should try to manage it. It may be hard. But it is the only way to recharge our usual mind map.
Try to evaporate heavy drops in your mind in the best way. How do we do it?
Take a deep breath and think, why are we holding this kind of thing? Why don’t you like to see that lovely rainbow in yourself? Still, it is waiting for you. Please reach it. It will be the outcome of releasing your sober mindset.
Use meditation. It is the best medication for your burning mind. It will provide you a great therapy. Another way, you can listen to charming music or watch a movie. It will set your mind in the right way. It helps you to leave the blind cage you spent with the rhythm of hope. Then think and do a SWOT analysis based on your mind. You can define your strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats you have. Then you can get a clue about your way. What should you collect in your mind, and what should you reject that after filtering? I’m sure you will get a clue about your path. I’m sure you will be able to create an incredible rainbow in your mind after wiping all worries from your mind.
